During the summer months (June and July), we only allow Saturday to Saturday check-ins.

A payment of 50% is due immediately. A second payment for the remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. Guest receives full refund (less $200 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.

A security deposit of $500.00 is due 7 days before arrival. If you pay by credit card, this is a 'hold' that is put on your card before you arrive and released after you depart.
