Luxury Beach Rental in Destin, FL - Sea-Viche

Located in Destin/Miramar Beach area, Sea-Viche Destin is a 5 bedroom upgraded vacation home that is just a short walk to a private beach. Up to 14 guests can enjoy all the amenities this spacious property has to offer.  

Tesla charger is available free of charge to our guests.

Beach service included (Includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella).  Additional beach chair set up available for an additional fee.

Its a quick 3 minute walk to the private beach but you can also park at the small parking lot right across from the beach access gate for $5

The 1st floor houses a King bedroom with a private bathroom attached. This floor also includes a Game Room with a foosball table and shuffleboard table. A sleeper sofa is also located in the game room.

The 2nd floor has a large, open living area including a fully stocked gourmet chef's kitchen with all the pots, pans and cooking tools needed for an enjoyable family stay. A comfortable living room, a custom built dining table that seats 10, a separate bar seating area and a convenient guest powder room awaits. This floor also includes 2 King Bedrooms and a shared bathroom. A covered balcony includes seating for 6 including a relaxing custom made porch swing overlooking the pool.  Access to pool is available via a spiral staircase off of the balcony.

The 3rd floor is comprised of a large King master suite with a roomy walk-in shower and soaking tub in the attached bathroom. The view from this balcony is amazing for catching a sunset. There is also a bunk room on this level that sleeps 4 with 2 twin-over-twin bunks. Covered balconies on each floor are the perfect place to relax with a cold beverage and feel the salty breeze.

If you need relief from the sun and the sandy beach you can cool off with a dip in the amazing large private pool* (30’ X 12’) There is plenty of space to grill out and enjoy lunch under the covered patio while the kids splash around.

Outside you will also find a shower to rinse off the sand.

Sea-Viche is part of a community that offers tons of extras. You will have access to tennis courts with Pickle Ball, a basketball court, a volleyball court, and a large community pool with a bathroom and changing rooms. Sea-Viche is conveniently situated close to the Silver Sands Premium Outlets and the Destin Commons. Shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and more are easily accessible to you from either direction.  Walk to Captain Dave's on the gulf or Kenny D's restaurant and Crab Trap.

First Floor: Game Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa, King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower, Laundry. Pool Access

Second Floor: Living Room with Balcony Access, Dining, Kitchen, King Bedroom, Jack and Jill Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, King Bedroom, Powder Room.

Third Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Garden Tub + Balcony Access and 2 sets of Twin over Twin Bunks.

*Add $50.00 per day to heat the pool.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during holiday weeks and spring break.

No Pets permitted. This includes ESA and therapy animals.
